Finally i got an off day today. Was supposed to work today but i requested for a break as i have been working my butt off for 7 freaking days. It was an intense 7 days as we were rushing for the clearance sale as the deadline is nearing and my department is short-handed of staff. After all the madness & problems that we encounter, thank god we finally completed it yesterday. Altogether there was 139 cartons!
School...Result was out today and thankfully i manage to pass all of my modules. Was surprised to get a C+ for my thermofluid considering i flunk the common test and almost gave up but luckily the stuff i studied for the finals came out:) Now im worried for 3rd year as im not sure what to expect but one thing for sure it's gonna be my last year of freedom and maybe study life too as after Poly i have to serve National Service. So im gonna enjoy every second of it*hopefully*
Life...
I've pick up a new hobby this month. Believe it or not, i have started reading. Not comics or magazines but a real non-fiction/fiction book. Unbelievable but true. After working for 2 years+ in English Department, i finally fell in love with books. Right now im reading "My Story" by Dave Pelzer. It's a true story of his remarkable journey from a child who lived in terror of his unstable and violent mother and his remarkable tale of survival. My heart pour out to him as he had to suffer so much! You can get mad when you read the part where how badly his mother treated him and the despicable things she did to him. Besides his mother, there are other things he had to go through. To know more, i recommend you guys to get a copy of the book. Once i finish reading it, im gonna start reading my "Kite Runner". Im turning into a bookworm man haha!
