I was playing around with photoshop the other day and i decided to practice on turning pictures to cartoon like. I check out the tutorials and all of them is too complicated and troublesome. So i did another alternative way which is faster and easier but it doesn't look as good as the original way of making it. Check out the final product below. It looks funny and not too good yet so i guess i need more practice.
