Im sure almost everyone in Singapore has seen the new anti-smoking ad(sample pic above). There are reports in the newspaper saying some parents complaint about the ad as their children had nightmares after seeing the ad. But do you guys think that it will have effect on youngsters nowadays or those whose been smoking for so many years? Well i don't think so...but at least they tried to do something. Hopefully the younger generation won't smoke after seeing the ad. The best way is to ban cigrattes from coming in to Singapore but
HAHA it will never happen! Personally, i never smoke before as i don't think its cool,macho,manly or stress relieve. Ok it's bullshit to say that i wasn't tempted to try. It was tempting back in secondary and ite days as all the malay guys smoke in sec sch & ite too. I almost took a puff but it didn't happen. There's just something inside me that doesn't want it haha. But even if i don't smoke, i still have to smell it everyday as my dad is a smoker(-_-"). Well i hope everyone i know will quit smoking ok?!?
Anyway, enough about smoking! Went to Ngee Ann poly wif Alan yesterday as he wanted to watch dvd in his school & purchase his school books. Been there once but didn't really explore the place. So Alan was the tour guide of the day haha & he brought me to all the places in Ngee Ann. I must say that Ngee Ann Poly doesn't really look like a school but more like a housing estate. Well 1st i had my lunch in the canteen after that we head to the bookstore but the person in charge wasn't around so we head to the library to watch dvd 1st. And i must say that im pretty piss looking at their library! ITS SO MUCH FREAKING BETTER THAN NYP! Firstly its big,nice looking environment,they have tons of dvd's,music cd's,magazines to choose from! All are quite recent and not old and boring like my school! And their dvd watching area is so comfy and there's privacy!! Damn it man!! I will let you guys see the pics below! Damn man! So unfair!So first we watch Corpse Bride as we have not seen the movie before. Thx god i didn't watch it on Cinema or it will be a waste of my money! The show is boring & lame! Too much singing! so we only watch half way and return back the dvd. So decided to chill at their cafe for a while and drink bubble tea. This is the part that i became more piss! THEY HAVE MTV CHANNEL IN THEIR CAFE!
CCB!=x Damn it man! My school only shows TV MOBILE*fall off chair*. Budget gile babi seh! After that i went touring. Alan showed me around Ngee Ann campus. I must say that the school is huge and kinda messy. Confirmed i will get lost if it was my first day. But the environment is nice. After touring the whole school, we headed back to the library and watch x-men 2. It was really interesting but too bad we had to leave as they close at 5.30pm. Oh well after that we head back home. Window shopping for a while at Causeway & bought some stuff. After that we head to Vista point as alan wanna get some stuff.
And at night conference wif Haikal & Ayu again haha! 3am till 7am! Didn't sleep the whole night again haha wat to do we are like owl's. Too use to night life i guess. But i have to start training myself to sleep early at nite soon as my new timetable is out and all my classes are in the morning!! no afternoon at all! F--- man! Bodoh nye orang! Well ¡Adiós(goodbye in Spanish).
